Teresa is the founder of Quill Legal and has over ten years’ experience working in legal practice and recruitment. Teresa is a Trinity College graduate in Law and Business and is on the Irish Roll of Solicitors.
Teresa’s legal career started in one of the top international firms, the Maples Group. She commenced her tenure at Maples as a Corporate Paralegal and went on to complete her training contract before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2020. During her time at Maples she gained experience across the following practice areas:

Commercial Litigation; and
Real Estate
Teresa subsequently joined the Dublin office of a global recruitment company attaining the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant, allowing her to combine her legal qualification with the opportunity to build close relationships with clients and candidates. In the years since, she has primarily worked with top tier domestic and international law firms.
Having worked as both a Solicitor and a Legal Recruiter, Teresa understands the legal industry with all of its demands and how candidates can best position themselves to successfully navigate the Irish market and shape their careers.
