International Firm – Tech & Data Protection Associate – NQ to 6PQE

This international firm is looking add a Tech & Data Protection associate to their new team in Dublin.

This tier 1 Tech-law team is seeking an associate to assist with a range of technology transactions and on the regulatory laws that impact on tech and the online environment.

Requirements

• Experience of tech related work, general commercial contracting and advisory experience
• Experience in one of more of the following:
  • • IT (software development & licensing)
    • E-commerce and digital goods and services
    • Connectivity (IoT, Cloud)
    • Content and non-personal data
• Completed secondment and/or prior in-house experience an advantage but not necessary.

Business development activities including developing foreign client relationships by means of short-term secondments will also be a key part of this role.
