It covers a range of financing transactions, including property acquisition and development finance, general corporate lending, acquisition finance and trade finance.

Requirements

• NQ to 4PQE from top-tier, mid-tier or boutique practice
• Experience in drafting a range of finance and security documents
• High level of commercial awareness.
